For your convenience, Ballet Etc… can charge your VISA or MasterCard automatically on the first of each month. Please submit credit card information to the office or update the information in your Customer Portal. We also accept Interac Debit, post-dated cheques and cash.
- $25.00 non-refundable administration fee
- $115.00 non-refundable costume fee per dance discipline ($100.00 non refundable costume fee for Hip Hop classes)
- First month’s payment of all registered dance disciplines
This registration fee is considered your first months tuition.
The balance of the fees (tuition for all registered dance disciplines) will be due on the first of each month starting October 1, 2020 and ending May 1, 2021 – 8 more payments in total . Monthly fees are non-refundable. All fees include HST.
Should we experience further restrictions due to COVID-19, a 20% discount will apply while we continue with Zoom classes - regular fees will apply once back in studio.
A $110.00 non-refundable costume fee (including HST) is included in your initial registration fee (due upon registration). This fee applies for each dance discipline in which you register. A $100.00 non-refundable costume fee is included in your initial registration fee for all dancers participating in Hip Hop classes.
Due to the restrictions and uncertainty through COVID-19, costumes will not be billed at this time. Once we have a better understanding for the future in the 2020/2021 season, all of the Ballet Etc. families will be notified of costume fees due.
A $25.00 cancellation fee is charged to the account at the time of cancellation. All costume fees, administration fees and paid monthly tuition fees are non-refundable.
