Registration & Payment

What methods of payment do you accept?

For your convenience, Ballet Etc… can charge your VISA or MasterCard automatically on the first of each month. Please submit credit card information to the office or update the information in your Customer Portal. We also accept Interac Debit, post-dated cheques and cash.

What are your registration fees?

The fees due at registration are:

  1. $25.00 non-refundable administration fee
  2. $125.00 non-refundable costume fee per dance discipline ($115.00 non refundable costume fee for Hip Hop classes)
  3. First month’s payment of all registered dance disciplines

This registration fee is considered your first months tuition.

The balance of the fees (tuition for all registered dance disciplines) will be due on the first of each month starting October 1 and ending May 1 – 8 more payments in total .

Monthly fees are non-refundable.

All fees include HST.

What is the cost of costumes?

A $125.00 non-refundable costume fee (including HST) is included in your initial registration fee (due upon registration). This fee applies for each dance discipline in which you register.

A $115.00 non-refundable costume fee is included in your initial registration fee for all dancers participating in Hip Hop classes.

Cancellation Policy

A $25.00 cancellation fee is charged to the account at the time of cancellation. All costume fees, administration fees and paid monthly tuition fees are non-refundable.
