Restorative yoga is a slower, more restful, more passive approach to
yoga. Restorative yoga enables deep relaxation as you hold poses for longer periods of time. The main focus of Restorative yoga is that by relaxing in poses for longer periods we can achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
Hatha yoga uses postures and conscious breathing in combination with
mental focus to develop awareness, strength, flexibility and relaxation.This class is slow and gentle and can bring strength and a sense of well being to those who practice. Making it an excellent class for yoga beginners.
